COVID Management Plan.  -   Dec. 5 - Transaxle Engineering Challenge

 

  • Face coverings required when outside of your pit area.
  • If approached by a MORE Official or BLM Official in your pit area a face covering is required.
  • TECH/Registration is by appointment only.  Please show up on time.  
  • Only 2 people per vehicle at TECH/Registration (Driver of Record and 1 team member)
    • Driver will receive ALL driver/co-driver bands as well as pit crew bands.
    • All release forms and online payments must be submitted online by Thursday, Dec. 3.  Fill out forms and submit payments here:  ONLINE FORMS & PAYMENTS.
    • You will not be permitted to fill out a paper waiver at TECH!  
    • Credit Cards will not be accepted at TECH!  Cash or check only. 
  • Start/Finish and MORE Timing Trailer will be closed to everyone except MORE officials.
    • Driver / Pit Boss meeting will be radio broadcast via MORE Relay at 7am on race day.  
    • Only 1 team member may be in the race staging area at the start of the race.  They must have a face covering.
    • Any emergency race information should be transmitted to MORE Relay or the MORE race director via phone (760) 577-5644.  
    • There will be no post race celebration area at Start/Finish.
    • Cars that need post race tech will be allowed one crew member at Start/Finish during post tech.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
    • Trophies will be available for pickup at Start/Finish from 4:30-6:30pm.

 At any point during the race, if you are in close contact with a person who is not a member of your race team you should have a face covering on.  If you are in close contact with a MORE or BLM Official and are not wearing a face covering your race team will be penalized. 

If we do not follow the rules as described above, BLM has the authority to shut down the race at any time!
